Description

Crispy and flavorful garlic parmesan roasted potatoes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Roast for another 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispy potatoes, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes before roasting.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic and Parmesan to your taste.
