Description

A delicious snack or appetizer combining the flavors of garlic, parmesan, and juicy ground beef stuffed inside fluffy dough balls.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown ground beef in a pan, drain excess fat.
  3. Mix cooked beef with parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
  5. Spoon beef mixture onto each biscuit, top with cheddar cheese.
  6. Pull edges of dough up and pinch to seal, forming balls.
  7. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  8. Brush tops with melted butter.
  9. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef for less grease.
  • Let biscuits sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before working with dough.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
