Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 count)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef in a pan, drain excess fat.
- Mix cooked beef with parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
- Spoon beef mixture onto each biscuit, top with cheddar cheese.
- Pull edges of dough up and pinch to seal, forming balls.
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Let biscuits sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before working with dough.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
