Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
