Description

A simple and delicious zucchini casserole with a cheesy topping.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine zucchini, onion, garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, and melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle cheese mixture over the zucchini mixture.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
