Ingredients

- 4 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine zucchini, onion, garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, and melted butter.
- Sprinkle cheese mixture over the zucchini mixture.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables, such as bell peppers or mushrooms.
- Use different types of cheese for a unique flavor.
- For a crispy topping, broil for the last few minutes of baking.
