- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry potatoes. Prick each potato several times with a fork.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the garlic Parmesan mixture evenly over each potato.
- Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add other herbs like rosemary or thyme.
- For a crispier skin, bake potatoes directly on the oven rack.
- Serve with your favorite toppings.
