Description

Delicious baked potato with garlic and parmesan cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry potatoes. Prick each potato several times with a fork.
  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the garlic Parmesan mixture evenly over each potato.
  5. Place potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until tender.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
